Mexican Grand Prix 2016

Mexico was in a word dramatic. Lewis Hamilton won the race keeping his title hopes alive , Nico Rosberg finished second also keeping his title hopes alive and Daniel Ricciardo finished 3rd in a rather twisted way. Although most the excitement was during the first 10 laps, the last 10 laps and after the race , there was a safety car when Gutierrez and  Wehrlein collided but it didn't make much of a difference. Both the Mercedes had a run onto the grass , Hamilton especially going a little excursion and Rosberg had a rather small moment while fighting with Verstappen. Niki Lauda condemned Verstappen saying that he could have taken Nico out of the race and that he needs to realise that he's driving too aggressively. He also said "It's a Lost cause"(ouch). Both the Mercs were in a race of their own , oblivious to all the chaos happening behind them.   First of all Sebastian Vettel did an amazing 31 lap stint on the softs mind you Pirelli have given the uppe

F1 ladies 2016

The Japanese grand prix was won by Nico Rosberg who was flawless since the start. Lewis unfortunately made a mistake during the start and dropped down to 8th. Sebastian Vettel made a good start and soon overtook Ricciardo and Perez for podium position. Kimi Raikkonen closely followed him. Ferrari took a gamble with the pitstop which put Vettel behind Hamilton in 4th.There were looottss of drivers complaining about blue flags over the radio. Max finished second followed by Lewis in  and so the championship gap is now 33 points meaning Nico rosberg can settle for 2nd in the remaining races and still win the championship. Did Ferrari throw away a another podium finish ? Probably. Malaysian Grand Prix 2016 - The trip that almost didn't happen

I was lucky enough to go to Malaysia to watch the live race (thanks dad) and IT WAS FUN.  First of all, I almost missed my flight. How you ask, funny story. So my flight was scheduled to leave at 12:45am on 29 th midnight and arrive in Malaysia at 7:30 am Malaysian time but we thought that our flight was leaving on 29th night at 11:45 pm reaching the next day on 30th at 7:30 am, but then thanks to my dad (again) we realised that our flight was leaving in about 5 hours and so began a mad rush to get the airport. So imagine how embarrassing it would have been if we had gone to the airport that day night to find out that our flight has already left on the previous day. *cringes* So yes it was a trip that almost didn’t happen. Okay so back to f1 now. I stayed in Putrajaya which is about an hour from Kuala Lumpur and about 45 minutes from Sepang circuit. The hotel I was staying in also happened to be the place where two GP2 teams -Prema and Carlin were staying at (I saw Pier
