Mercedes' thoughts on Scuderia Ferrari



Recently Mercedes held an event called 'Stars and Cars' in order to celebrate their best year in Motorsport.  Stars and Cars was very similar to Race of Champions , there were a number of drivers retired racers like Mika Hakkinen, David Coulthard , up-coming drivers like Mick schumacher (who received the highest number of fan votes in order to enter the competition) and of course various other Mercedes driver from across the racing industry i.e, DTM , F1 ( yes Nico rosberg and Lewis Hamilton were there) , Formula 3  etc. 
Daniel Juncadella was crowned champion of stars and cars 

 An acquaintance of mine was able to attend this event and so i asked them to ask Toto Wolff ( Owner and ED of Mercedes AMG) on his thoughts about the Threat from Ferrari and this is what he had to say : " We think that they are doing a good job , they are taking some intelligent decisions , it's a good bunch of people and they have all the resources they need. They made a big step from 2014 to 2015 and we expect them to be a stronger competitor next year. Actually it's something that we are looking forward to" 
Toto had decided to answer this as team boss and from the looks of it Mercedes might have an actual challenger in 2016 This should make things a whole lot interesting in the 2016 Formula One season.

Female Formula 1 Drivers.

Who said F1 was just a man's sport . There maybe just a handful of women but nevertheless they have done a lot when it comes to women in Motorsport. Here is a list of Female formula one drivers.  .  1.Susie Wolff   Playing the role of a test driver in Williams F1 team , Susie is one of the woman on the grid this F1 season. Wolff began karting at a very early age. She has been names British woman karting race driver of the year many number of times , she has also been named Top Female Kart Driver in the world.She has then raced in Formula Renualt , Formula 3 , DTM and then eventually moving to F1. In 2014 , Wolff was the first woman to take part in a Formula One race weekend in 22 years at the British Grand Prix. ! What Happened to Scuderia Ferrari in 2020

It’s no secret that the start of Ferrari’s 2020 F1 season has been disastrous. The team is seriously lacking pace and can barely match Racing Point—let alone Mercedes or Red Bull. Ferrari has traditionally been the main challenger or the No. 2 team during the Mercedes-dominated hybrid era. However, the lingering question is: why hasn’t Ferrari been able to consistently challenge the likes of Mercedes and Red Bull in recent years? Despite having multiple world champions like Fernando Alonso, Kimi Räikkönen, and Sebastian Vettel in their lineup, the team has failed to return to its former glory. Ferrari’s main issues seem to stem from its tendency to favor one driver over the other and its poor internal communication.
