With just five races left in the 2015 F1 season , let's talk about how much ever we know about the 2016 F1 championship.

• As for team changes , as you can see Haas has joined the F1 grid. They will use power units supplied by Ferrari and a chassis developed by Dallara. 
• Redbull Racing have ended their partnership with Renault and are now seeking for an engine supplier. With Mercedes having rejected their deal , Redbull are now in talks with Ferrari.
• Manor F1 team has switched from Ferrari to Mercedes power. 

 With Regard to  Rule Changes , there aren't much apart from the number of pre-season tests to be reduced to two from three.

Returning Races and Date Changes.
So far the 2016 F1 championship is set for 21 races ,starting with the Australian Grand Prix on 20th March 2016  and ending with the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix on 27th November 2016.

•  The European Grand Prix will be held for the first time since 2012 in Baku , Azerbaijan under the name "Baku European Grand Prix".
• The German Grand Prix returns after taking a one year break. It is set to be held at Hockenheimring .
• The Malasyian Grand Prix which was previously held in March since 2001 will be held in September and the Russian Grand prix will be held in May.

Since the technical regulations remain the same ,Ferrari are expected to be a major threat for Mercedes and hopefully will provide more action on track.
